# Compliance & Documents

> Your verification status, statutory compliance, and signed agreements in one place.

The **Compliance & Documents** page is where you check that your business is verified, confirm that your statutory filings are handled, and download the agreements you have signed with Omnivoo.

## Where to find it

In the left sidebar, click **Documents**. You can also open it from the **Compliance & Documents** button on your Home dashboard.

The page is titled "Compliance & Documents" and shows up to four sections, top to bottom.

## What is on the page

### 1. Business Verification

A status card that shows whether your business has been verified (KYB). Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

| State                  | What it means                                                                                                  |
| ---------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Business verified**  | Your business documents have been reviewed and approved. The card shows the date verified.                     |
| **Under review**       | We are reviewing the documents you submitted. We will email you when verification is complete.                 |
| **Setup not complete** | You still need to upload your business documents. The card links you to **Company Setup** to finish.           |
| **Action required**    | One or more documents were rejected. The card lists them with the rejection reason and a **Re-upload** button. |

### 2. Payment account verification

This card appears only for companies on Omnivoo's current payment setup. It shows whether your payment (funding) account is verified, which is what lets you fund and run payroll. Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

| State             | What it means                                                                                                                  |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Verified**      | Your payment account is verified. You can fund and run payroll.                                                                |
| **Under review**  | Your verification is being reviewed (up to 3 business days). We will email you when it is complete.                            |
| **Action needed** | We need a bit more to finish verifying your account. Upload the flagged owner documents and submit for review.                 |
| **Not started**   | You have not set up your payment account yet. The card links you to **Company Setup**.                                         |
| **Rejected**      | Verification was declined and cannot be resubmitted. The card offers a link to contact support if you think this is a mistake. |

### 3. Statutory compliance

A short reassurance card confirming that **PF, ESI, TDS, and Form 16 are filed by Omnivoo on your behalf**. You do not need to track these yourself.

### 4. Signed agreements

A table of the agreements you have signed with Omnivoo (such as your Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum). Each row shows who signed it, the date, and a **Download** button.
