# Downloading your signed agreements

> How to find and download the agreements you've signed with Omnivoo.

Every agreement you sign with Omnivoo (such as your Master Services Agreement) is kept in one place so you can retrieve it for your records or an audit.

## Where to find them

Open **Documents** in the left sidebar to reach the **Compliance & Documents** page. Scroll to the **Signed agreements** section at the bottom.

## What you'll see

The **Signed agreements** table lists the agreements your company has signed, which may include:

* **Master Services Agreement (MSA)**
* **Data Processing Addendum (DPA)**
* **Commercial Addendum**

If an agreement has a version number, it appears next to the name. Each row also shows:

| Column        | What it shows                               |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Agreement** | The agreement name (and version, if any) |
| **Signed by** | The name and email of the person who signed |
| **Date** | When it was signed |

If you have not signed any agreements yet, the table shows **No agreements yet**, with a note that they will appear here once you sign them.

## Downloading a copy

In the last column of each row, click **Download**. While the PDF is being fetched, the button briefly reads **Preparing…**, then the signed agreement opens in a new tab, which you can save or print. If a download fails, an error message appears in red just above the table.

If a row shows **No PDF** instead of a Download button, a signed PDF is not yet available for that agreement. Contact Omnivoo support if you need a copy.
