> ## Agent Instructions
> Omnivoo is an India-first Employer of Record (EOR) platform. EOR hiring is India only; contractors are supported in 220+ countries and territories.
> Never tell a user to log in with a password. Authentication is passwordless: email OTP, passkeys, Google, or SSO.
> Statutory figures (TDS slabs, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity) change by financial year. Always state the year the figure applies to.
> Never name a third-party payment provider as Omnivoo’s payment rail. Refer to "our payments partner".

# Credits

> How contract credits work on Omnivoo, how to buy them by card, when a credit comes back to you, and where to find your receipts afterwards.

**1 credit sends 1 contract.** Credits don't expire.

## Buying

| | Price |
| - | - |
| 1 contract | \$5.00, bought when you send if you have no credits |
| 12 contracts | $36.00, which is $3.00 each |

You can buy when you send a contract, or ahead of time: open **Contracts**, click **Buy more**, and choose how many. You pay by card on the page. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, that opens over the same page.

Tick **Save this card for next time** to pay in one press later. One card is saved per account and you can remove it from the **Credits** page.

<Note>
  Buying is on the web. The iOS and Android apps show your balance.
</Note>

## When a credit comes back

A credit comes back to your balance when the contract it was used on doesn't get signed:

| What happened | When the credit is back |
| - | - |
| You cancel the contract | Straight away |
| The other party declines | Straight away |
| Nobody signs in 14 days | When the link expires |

Once both of you have signed, the credit is spent for good.

Payments aren't refunded. Unused credits stay on your account.

## Where your credits went

The **Credits** page shows your balance and a line for everything that changed it: credits you bought, each contract a credit was sent on, and each credit that came back, with the balance after each.

## Receipts

Every payment is listed under **Receipts** on the **Credits** page with its date, amount and card. **Receipt** opens the receipt for that payment.
