# Viewing and Accepting Your Offer Letter

> How to review, sign, and download your offer letter as an Omnivoo employee.

Accepting your offer letter is a required onboarding step. It confirms your employment with the company that hired you through Omnivoo's Employer of Record (EOR) service in India. This guide shows how to review it, sign it, and download the signed copy.

## Finding Your Offer Letter

Your offer letter appears as the **Offer Letter** card on your **Home** (My Employment) dashboard. You can also reach it from **Documents** then **Onboarding Documents**, under **Acknowledgements**, by clicking **View Offer Letter**.

The card header reads "Offer Letter" with the prompt "Review your offer letter and sign to confirm your employment."

<Note>
  This same card is the **Offer Letter** step of the guided onboarding wizard (deep link `?step=offer-letter`). New hires sign their offer letter there while setting up their account. See [Setting Up Your Account (Onboarding)](/employee-self-service/employee-onboarding).
</Note>

## What You See

The Offer Letter card shows one of three states depending on where you are in onboarding:

* **Being prepared** - if your offer letter is still being generated, you see "Your offer letter is being prepared." Click **Refresh** after a moment to load it.
* **Ready to sign** - your offer letter is shown in a viewer, with an "Open offer letter in a new tab" link, followed by the signing controls.
* **Accepted** - once you have signed, you see an "Offer letter accepted" confirmation with the date, your signed letter in a viewer, and a "Download signed offer letter" link.

## Reviewing and Signing

When the offer letter is ready to sign:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Read the offer letter">
    Read the offer letter in the viewer (or open it in a new tab using the link).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose how to sign">
    Choose how to sign, using the **Draw** / **Type** toggle (**Draw** is selected by default):

    * **Draw** - draw your signature in the signature pad, then enter your **Full legal name** below it.
    * **Type** - type your full legal name and Omnivoo renders it as your signature.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tick the confirmation checkbox">
    Tick the checkbox: "I confirm that I have read and accepted the terms of this offer letter."
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Accept and sign offer letter">
    Click **Accept and sign offer letter**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

The **Accept and sign offer letter** button stays disabled until you have provided a signature and ticked the confirmation box. To start your signature over, click **Clear signature**.

If you try to submit before everything is ready, an inline message tells you what is missing:

* "Please draw your signature before submitting." (In Draw mode with no signature drawn.)
* "Please type your full name to generate a signature." (In Type mode with the name field empty.)
* "Please enter your full name." (When a signature is present but no name is entered.)
* "Please confirm that you have read and accepted the offer letter." (When the confirmation checkbox is not ticked.)

<Info>
  When you accept, your signature, IP address, and user agent are logged for audit, and your signature is embedded into the offer letter PDF. This creates a record that you reviewed and agreed to the terms.
</Info>

## After You Accept

Once accepted, the card shows the acceptance date and a viewer with your signed offer letter. Use **Download signed offer letter** to save a copy. If the signed PDF is still being finalized, the card reads "Your signed offer letter is being finalized. Refresh in a moment to download it." Refresh after a moment and the download link appears.
