# Your Profile & Security

> Manage your personal profile, notifications, two-factor authentication, secondary email, and account security.

Your profile page lets you manage your personal information, notification preferences, and account security. To open it, click your avatar at the top of the left sidebar and select **Profile**. The page is titled **My Profile**.

At the top is a summary card with your avatar, name, email, and role. Click **Change Photo** to upload a new picture (up to 5 MB, image files only), or **Edit Profile** to edit your details.

The rest of the page is organized into collapsible sections: **Personal Information**, **Notifications**, **Security**, and **Account Actions**.

## Personal Information

Click **Edit Profile** (in the summary card) to make changes, then **Save Changes**.

* **Full Name** - Your name as displayed across Omnivoo. This is the only editable field here.
* **Work Email** - The email associated with your account, used for login and notifications (read-only).
* **Role** - Your current role in the company (read-only).
* **Language** - The language the interface is currently displayed in (read-only).

## Notifications

Essential notifications about payroll, contracts, and compliance are always sent and cannot be disabled.

Toggle **Marketing Communications** to control whether you receive product updates, tips, and feature announcements from Omnivoo.

## Security

The Security section shows your registered email and provides the following.

### Secondary Email

Add a secondary email so you can log in with either your primary or secondary email address.

    Enter the secondary email address and click **Send Code**.

  <Step title="Check your inbox">
    A 6-digit verification code is sent to that email.

  <Step title="Verify the code">
    Enter the code and click **Verify**.
  </Step>

You can resend the code if needed, or remove a verified secondary email at any time by clicking **Remove**.

### Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. When enabled, you need both your password and a code from an authenticator app to sign in. You enable and disable 2FA, and manage your recovery codes, from the two-factor controls in this section.

#### Enabling 2FA

    A QR code appears on screen.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Scan it with your authenticator app">
    Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password) and scan the QR code. If you cannot scan it, use the manual setup key shown.

  <Step title="Confirm to enable">
    Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and confirm to enable.
  </Step>

#### Recovery codes

When you enable 2FA, you are given recovery codes that let you access your account if you lose your authenticator device. Each code can be used once. Save them somewhere safe. You can regenerate your recovery codes later, which invalidates the old ones.

  If you lose both your authenticator device and your recovery codes, contact support to regain access to your account.

### Logout of All Devices

To sign out everywhere at once, click **Logout of All Devices** in the Security section and confirm. This invalidates all active sessions across every browser and device, and you are redirected to the login page. Use this if you suspect unauthorized access.

## Account Actions

### Sign Out

Click **Sign Out** to end your current session. You can sign back in anytime. This only affects your current browser.
