# Managing Company Members

> Invite colleagues, manage admin access, and handle join requests for your company.

You can invite colleagues to your Omnivoo company account so they can help manage your team, run payroll, and handle day-to-day operations. The page is titled **Company Members**.

## Where to find it

Open **Company Settings** from your avatar menu, go to the **Team** tab, and click **Manage Team**. (You can also reach it directly at `/employer/members`.)

## Roles and access

Each company member has one of these company roles:

* **Owner** - Full control over the company account. There is exactly one owner. Only the owner can change another member's role.
* **Admin** - Can manage the team, settings, and payroll, including inviting and removing members.
* **Member** - Basic access to the company.

Roles are shown as badges next to each member. When you invite a member or change a role, the only choice is whether they are an **Admin** (the Admin checkbox); if it is left unchecked, they are a Member.

A member who is also an India EOR employee shows an additional **EOR Employee** badge. Those dual-role users can switch into their employee view using the **Switch to Employee** option in the avatar menu at the top of the sidebar.

## Pending invitations

Outstanding invitations appear in the **Pending Invitations** section, each showing the email, assigned role, a relative **Sent** age (**Today**, **1 day ago**, or **N days ago**), and, when it is recorded, who sent it (**Invited by `{name}`**). For each one you can:

* **Resend** - Send the invitation email again.
* **Revoke** - Cancel the invitation so the link no longer works.

When there are no outstanding invitations, the section reads **No pending invitations.**

## How new members join

There are two ways someone joins your company:

### Invitation

You invite them directly from the Company Members page. When they sign in, the invitation is accepted and they get the role you assigned.

### Domain-based join request

When someone signs up with an email matching your company's verified domain (for example, `@yourcompany.com`), Omnivoo creates a join request on their behalf and shows them a pending-approval screen. The request appears in the **Pending join requests** section at the top of the Company Members page for admins to review. That section has a **Refresh** button to reload the list, and when there is nothing to review it reads **No pending requests right now.**

## Removing a member

1. Find the member you want to remove.
2. Click **Remove** and confirm.

Confirming shows the prompt **Are you sure you want to remove `{email}` from the company?** The removed member immediately loses access to your company's data, but their personal Omnivoo account stays active.

The **Remove** button is hidden on your own row (you cannot remove yourself) and on the company owner's row (the owner cannot be removed).
