An **Employer of Record (EOR)** is a third-party organization that legally employs workers on your behalf in a country where you don't have a local entity. Omnivoo's EOR service lets you hire full-time employees in India, without setting up a subsidiary, navigating Indian labor law, or managing local payroll yourself.

## How It Works

When you hire through Omnivoo's EOR:

1. **Omnivoo becomes the legal employer.** We sign the employment contract, handle payroll, withhold taxes, and manage statutory benefits in the employee's country.
2. **You retain full control.** You manage the employee's day-to-day work, set goals, and direct their tasks just like any other team member.
3. **Intellectual property stays yours.** All work product and IP rights are assigned to your company through our service agreement.
