Compliance Hub
The Compliance Hub is your command center for managing international employment compliance across every country where you hire. From a single dashboard, you can monitor regulatory changes, assess worker classification risk, and access country-specific employment guides.
Accessing the Compliance Hub
- Log in to your employer dashboard.
- Click Compliance in the left navigation menu.
- Select Compliance Hub from the dropdown.
You will land on the main Compliance Hub dashboard with an overview of your compliance posture.
Dashboard Overview
Stats Cards
At the top of the Compliance Hub, four summary cards give you an at-a-glance view of your compliance status:

| Supported Countries | Total number of countries available in the Omnivoo compliance database |
| Active Alerts | Current regulatory alerts that may affect your workforce |
| Critical Alerts | Alerts requiring immediate attention (regulatory deadlines, law changes) |
| Team Alerts | Alerts specific to countries where your team members are based |
Check the Compliance Hub at least once a week. Critical alerts can indicate upcoming regulatory deadlines that require action before a specific date.
Quick Actions
Below the stats cards, three quick-action buttons let you jump to the most common compliance tasks:
- Country Guide -- Browse employment laws, tax rates, and compliance requirements for any supported country. See Country Compliance Guide.
- Worker Classification -- Run a classification assessment to ensure your employment arrangements are compliant. See Worker Classification Tool.
- Compliance Alerts -- View all active alerts filtered by severity, country, or category. See Compliance Alerts.
Recent Alerts
The dashboard displays your most recent compliance alerts in a feed. Each alert shows:
- Severity badge -- Color-coded by level:
- Critical (red) -- Immediate action required. Regulatory deadline or legal risk.
- High (orange) -- Action needed soon. Significant regulatory change.
- Medium (yellow) -- Awareness item. Upcoming change or recommendation.
- Low (green) -- Informational. Minor update or best practice.
- Title -- Brief description of the alert.
- Country -- Which country is affected.
- Effective date -- When the change takes effect.
Click any alert to view full details and recommended actions.
Critical and high-severity alerts should not be ignored. They often involve legal deadlines -- missing them can result in fines or compliance violations.
Supported Countries Grid
The lower section of the dashboard displays a grid of all supported countries. Each country card shows:
- Country name and flag
- Compliance score -- A percentage indicating how well-documented and supported that country's compliance data is within Omnivoo
- Tier -- Fully Supported or Coming Soon

Who Can Access the Compliance Hub?
The Compliance Hub is available to all users with an employer role. Team members with admin or HR permissions can view the full dashboard including team-specific alerts.
