What is Employer of Record?

An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party organization that legally employs workers on your behalf in countries where you don't have a local entity. Omnivoo's EOR service lets you hire full-time employees anywhere in the world — without setting up a subsidiary, navigating foreign labor laws, or managing local payroll yourself.

How It Works

When you hire through Omnivoo's EOR:

  1. Omnivoo becomes the legal employer — We sign the employment contract, handle payroll, withhold taxes, and manage statutory benefits in the employee's country.
  2. You retain full control — You manage the employee's day-to-day work, set goals, and direct their tasks just like any other team member.
  3. Intellectual property stays yours — All work product and IP rights are assigned to your company through our service agreement.
