Omnivoo is an India-first Employer of Record (EOR) platform. We enable companies worldwide to hire full-time employees in India without setting up a local entity. Omnivoo handles payroll, tax compliance, statutory benefits, and HR administration so you can focus on building your team.

To engage people outside India, you can work with contractors -- a direct contract between your company and the contractor, available in 120+ countries, with Omnivoo handling onboarding, agreements, and payments.

How It Works​

  1. You find the talent -- Source candidates through your own channels.
  2. We employ them legally -- Omnivoo becomes the legal employer in India, handling all compliance requirements.
  3. You manage the work -- Your employees work directly with your team, on your tools, reporting to your managers.
  4. We handle everything else -- Payroll processing, TDS deductions, PF/ESI contributions, leave management, payslips, Form 16, and full & final settlements.
