How It Works​

  1. You find the talent -- Source candidates through your own channels.
  2. We employ them legally -- Omnivoo becomes the legal employer in India, handling all compliance requirements.
  3. You manage the work -- Your employees work directly with your team, on your tools, reporting to your managers.
  4. We handle everything else -- Payroll processing, TDS deductions, PF/ESI contributions, leave management, payslips, Form 16, and full & final settlements.
