What Is Omnivoo EOR?
Omnivoo is an India-first Employer of Record (EOR) platform. We allow companies anywhere in the world to legally hire full-time employees in India without establishing their own Indian entity.
How EOR Works
When you hire through Omnivoo, here is what happens behind the scenes:
- Legal employment -- Omnivoo becomes the legal employer of your team member in India. We sign the employment agreement, issue the offer letter, and maintain all statutory records.
- Your management -- The employee works for you day-to-day. You assign work, set goals, and manage performance. Omnivoo does not interfere with your operations.
- We handle compliance -- Omnivoo manages Indian labor law requirements: Provident Fund registration, ESI enrollment, TDS deductions, Professional Tax, and all statutory filings.
- We run payroll -- Every month, Omnivoo calculates salary, deducts taxes, makes statutory contributions, and disburses net pay to the employee's bank account via HDFC.
