Accessing Your Payslips

Log in to your Omnivoo account
Log in to your Omnivoo account.

Open Payslips
Click Payslips in the sidebar (or navigate to My Payslips from the quick actions on My Employment).

Check the page header
The page header displays “My Payslips” with a receipt icon.

Browse your payslip cards
You will see a grid of payslip cards arranged in up to 3 columns (responsive), sorted by month.
Filtering by Year
Use the year dropdown in the top-right corner to filter payslips by calendar year. The dropdown shows the current year and two previous years. Changing the year reloads the payslip list automatically.Viewing a Payslip
Each payslip card displays:- Month and year (e.g., January 2026) with a calendar icon
- Gross salary: Total earnings before deductions (shown as “Gross: …”)
- Net salary: The amount credited to your bank account (shown prominently in large green text)
- Total deductions: Sum of all deductions for the month (shown as “Deductions: -…”)
Downloading as PDF
To save a payslip as a PDF:1
Find the payslip card
Find the payslip card for the desired month.

Click Download
Click the Download button on the card. If the payslip PDF is not yet available (e.g., payroll is still being finalized), the button shows “Pending” instead.

Save the PDF
The PDF opens in a new browser tab. You can save it from there.
- Company details (as the legal employer)
- Your employee details (name, email, PAN, UAN)
- Full earnings breakdown (Basic Salary, HRA, Special Allowance, other allowances)
- Deductions breakdown (TDS with regime, Employee PF, Employee ESI, Professional Tax)
- Employer contributions (Employer PF, Employer ESI, Gratuity provision, shown for reference, not deducted from your pay)
- Gross salary, total deductions, and net salary
Payslip Availability
Payslips are generated after payroll is processed by your employer. If no payslip appears for the current month, payroll may not have been run yet.

If you notice an error on your payslip:- Check if it is related to leave (LOP deduction): verify your leave balance.
- Check if investment declarations were updated recently: TDS may have changed.
- Check if a salary revision was applied: arrears or adjusted amounts may appear.
