Downloading Payslips

Omnivoo generates a detailed payslip for you every month after payroll is processed. You can view payslip summaries online and download the full payslip as a PDF.

Accessing Your Payslips​

  1. Log in to your Omnivoo account.
  2. Click Payslips in the sidebar (or navigate to My Payslips from the quick actions on My Employment).
  3. You will see a grid of payslip cards, sorted by month (most recent first).

Filtering by Year​

Use the year dropdown in the top-right corner to filter payslips by calendar year. The dropdown shows the current year and two previous years.

Viewing a Payslip​

Each payslip card displays:

  • Month and year (e.g., January 2026)
  • Gross salary -- Total earnings before deductions
  • Net salary -- The amount credited to your bank account (shown prominently)
  • Total deductions -- Sum of all deductions for the month

Downloading as PDF​

To save a payslip as a PDF:

  1. Find the payslip card for the desired month.
  2. Click the Download button on the card.
  3. The PDF opens in a new browser tab. You can save it from there.

The PDF includes:

  • Company details (as the legal employer)
  • Your employee details (name, email, PAN, UAN)
  • Full earnings breakdown (Basic Salary, HRA, Special Allowance, other allowances)
  • Deductions breakdown (TDS with regime, Employee PF, Employee ESI, Professional Tax)
  • Employer contributions (Employer PF, Employer ESI, Gratuity provision -- shown for reference, not deducted from your pay)
  • Gross salary, total deductions, and net salary

Banks and landlords often require recent payslips as proof of income. The Omnivoo payslip PDF is a valid salary certificate accepted by most institutions.

Payslips are generated after payroll is processed by your employer. If no payslip appears for the current month, payroll may not have been run yet.

You will receive an email notification when your payslip is ready for download, with a summary of your gross salary, deductions, and net pay for the month.

Payslip Discrepancies​

If you notice an error on your payslip:

  1. Check if it is related to leave (LOP deduction) -- verify your leave balance.
  2. Check if investment declarations were updated recently -- TDS may have changed.
  3. Check if a salary revision was applied -- arrears or adjusted amounts may appear.
  4. If the issue persists, contact support@omnivoo.com.

Report payslip discrepancies promptly. Corrections to past months' payroll are processed as adjustments in the next payroll cycle.
