At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you a quick snapshot:

Active EnrollmentsTotal number of employees currently enrolled in at least one benefit plan
Available PlansNumber of benefit plans your company has configured and made available
Monthly Benefits CostTotal employer-side cost across all active enrollments for the current month
Pending Time Off RequestsNumber of time-off requests awaiting your approval
tip

Click any summary card to jump directly to the relevant detail page. For example, clicking Pending Time Off Requests takes you to the time-off requests queue.

Time Off Statistics

Below the summary cards, a dedicated section tracks time-off usage across your team:

  • Total Policies -- Number of leave policies your company has defined (vacation, sick, personal, etc.)
  • Days Used This Year -- Aggregate leave days taken by all employees in the current calendar year
  • Average Balance -- Average remaining leave balance across your workforce

These numbers help you spot trends -- for example, if average balances are high late in the year, you may want to encourage employees to use their time off.

Enrollments by Type

A visual breakdown shows how enrollments are distributed across benefit categories:

  • Health Insurance -- Medical coverage plans
  • Dental -- Dental care plans
  • Vision -- Vision care plans
  • Retirement -- Retirement savings and pension plans
  • Life Insurance -- Life coverage plans
  • Disability -- Short-term and long-term disability plans
  • Wellness -- Wellness programs and stipends

Each category displays the number of active enrollments, making it easy to see which benefits are most popular with your team.
