Where to find it
In the left sidebar, click Documents. You can also open it from the Compliance & Documents button on your Home dashboard. The page is titled “Compliance & Documents” and shows up to four sections, top to bottom.What is on the page
1. Business Verification
A status card that shows whether your business has been verified (KYB). Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

2. Payment account verification
This card appears only for companies on Omnivoo’s current payment setup. It shows whether your payment (funding) account is verified, which is what lets you fund and run payroll. Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

3. Statutory compliance
A short reassurance card confirming that PF, ESI, TDS, and Form 16 are filed by Omnivoo on your behalf. You do not need to track these yourself. For more on what this covers, see Statutory filings (PF, ESI, TDS, Form 16).4. Signed agreements
A table of the agreements you have signed with Omnivoo (such as your Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum). Each row shows who signed it, the date, and a Download button. If you work with people in other countries, you do that through contractors, which is a separate global product.
