Where to find it
Click Compliance in the left sidebar. If you have an overdue statutory filing, the red banner on your Home dashboard also has a View shortcut here. The page is titled Compliance, with the subtitle “Your verification status, statutory compliance, and signed agreements”. It shows up to three cards, top to bottom, and which ones you see depends on your account.What is on the page
Business Verification
A status card showing our own review of the business documents you uploaded. You see it only if your account is not on our payments partner’s verification; on that setup, Payment account verification below takes its place. The two never appear together. Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

Payment account verification
This card appears only for companies on Omnivoo’s current payment setup, and it replaces Business Verification rather than sitting beneath it. It shows whether your payment (funding) account is verified, which is what lets you fund and run payroll. Depending on your account, you will see one of these states:

Statutory compliance
Shown only if you hire employees. If you told us you pay contractors and do not hire, you never file PF, ESI or TDS, so the card is not shown. It is a short reassurance card confirming that PF, ESI, TDS, and Form 16 are filed by Omnivoo on your behalf. You do not need to track these yourself. A table of the agreements you have signed with Omnivoo (such as your Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum). Each row shows who signed it, the date, and a Download button. If you work with people in other countries, you do that through contractors, which is a separate global product.
