My Profile

Your My Profile page is where you manage your personal account settings: your name and photo, your notification preference, and your security and account actions. Omnivoo uses passwordless login, so there are no passwords to set or reset here.

Opening My Profile

  1. Log in to Omnivoo.
  2. Click your avatar at the top of the left sidebar.
  3. Select Profile.

This opens the My Profile page (/employer/profile), with a summary card at the top and collapsible sections below.

Company-wide settings (company details, payroll and billing, team members, Single Sign-On) live on a separate Company Settings page, reached from the same avatar menu. This page is only for your own personal account.

Personal Information

The summary card shows your avatar, name, email, and role. Expand Personal Information to see your details.

To rename yourself:

  1. Click Edit Profile (or Change Photo to update your picture).
  2. Edit the Full Name field.
  3. Click Save Changes.
tip

Your login email cannot be edited here. If you want to be able to sign in with a second address, add a secondary email under the Security section instead.

Notifications

Expand the Notifications section to manage your one preference:

  • Marketing Communications -- toggle on or off to receive product updates, tips, and feature announcements from Omnivoo. The change saves as soon as you flip the switch.

Essential notifications about payroll, contracts, and compliance are always sent and cannot be turned off, because they contain information you need for your employment and statutory records.

Security

Expand the Security section to manage how your account is protected. It contains:

  • Registered Email -- your primary login email, shown for reference.
  • Secondary Email -- add an alternate email you can also log in with. See Add a secondary email.
  • Two-Factor Authentication -- add a one-time code from an authenticator app at login. See Two-Factor Authentication.
  • Logout of All Devices -- sign out everywhere you are currently logged in. See Session & Security.

Account Actions

Expand Account Actions for the following:

Sign Out

Click Sign Out to log out of your current session. You can sign back in anytime.

Delete Account

To delete your account, email contact@omnivoo.com. Account deletion is handled manually, because certain employment and tax records must be retained for a legally required period.

Employee Profile

If you are an EOR employee, your profile is split across a few focused pages instead of one settings screen:

  • Edit Profile (from your employment home, or /my-employment/edit) lets you update your statutory IDs (such as PAN, Aadhaar, and UAN) and links to your Bank Details page. See Editing your profile and Updating bank details.
  • Settings (from your avatar menu) is where you manage your security options.

Your name, email, and other identity details on an EOR employment are managed by your employer as part of your employment record, so they are not editable from your own portal.
