Your Employee Dashboard
The My Employment page is your home screen on Omnivoo. From here you can view your employment details, salary breakdown, statutory IDs, accept your offer letter, and jump to your payslips and tax documents.
Omnivoo's Employer of Record (EOR) service covers full-time employees in India, so the salary, tax, and statutory details on this page are India-specific (PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax).
Accessing Your Dashboard
- Go to app.omnivoo.com.
- Log in with your email and password.
- You land on the Home page, which is your My Employment dashboard.
The page header shows My Employment with your job title and company name beneath it.
Before you reach this dashboard, new hires complete a short guided onboarding. If you are an EOR employee who has not finished onboarding yet, logging in redirects you to the onboarding wizard until it is complete. See Setting Up Your Account (Onboarding).
The Employee Sidebar
The employee sidebar is short and flat. It has exactly four items:
| Sidebar item | Where it goes |
|---|---|
| Home | Your My Employment dashboard (this page) |
| Payslips | Your monthly payslips (guide) |
| Documents | Document requests from your employer and onboarding documents (guide) |
| Profile | The Edit Profile screen, where you update statutory IDs and bank details (guide) |
The avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar has Settings, Switch to Employer (only if you are also an employer on Omnivoo), and Logout.
Other features (Tax Documents, Leave, Investment Declaration, Holiday Calendar, Flexible Benefits, Bank Details) are not in the sidebar. You reach them from the cards and links on this dashboard, from your Documents and onboarding pages, or by their direct link. Each guide below tells you exactly where to go.
