The Documents area is where you respond to document requests from your employer and upload the documents needed to complete your onboarding. Documents is one of the four items in your sidebar.

My Documents

Click Documents in the sidebar to open the My Documents page. It has two parts: a banner that links to your onboarding documents, and a list of document requests from your employer.

Document Requests

When your employer asks you for a document, the request appears here. Each request has one of three states: pending, fulfilled, or cancelled:
  • Pending Requests list every request that is still open (status pending). Each card shows the document type, who requested it (your company), the request date, and any message your employer added.
  • Completed shows the requests you have already answered (status fulfilled), each with a Fulfilled badge and a “Submitted on {date}” line.
  • Cancelled requests are withdrawn by your employer and appear in neither list.
If your employer has not requested anything, you see “No document requests” with the note “When your employer requests documents from you, they will appear here.”

Uploading a Document

For each pending request:
1

Choose your file

Click Choose file and select the document from your device. The button then shows the file name.
2

Add a note (optional)

Optionally add a note in the Add a note (optional) box.
3

Click Submit Document

Click Submit Document. The button stays disabled until you have chosen a file, and shows Submitting… while the upload is in progress.
After a successful upload, the list refreshes: the request moves to Completed with a Fulfilled badge and a “Submitted on {date}” line.

Onboarding Documents

The green banner at the top of My Documents (“Need to upload onboarding documents? PAN, Aadhaar, degree certificates, and more.”) opens the Onboarding Documents page. You can also reach it by its direct link (at /employee/onboarding-documents). This page is where you upload the identity, address, banking, and employment-history files required to complete your India EOR onboarding. For the full walkthrough (the four sections, which documents are required, file limits, status chips, and how to replace or delete a file), see Uploading Your Onboarding Documents. The standalone page also shows two helper cards that link to items handled elsewhere:
  • Statutory - your UAN / PF Number and ESIC Number are captured on your profile. Click Edit Profile to add them. See Editing Your Profile.
  • Acknowledgements - your Offer Letter and Investment Declaration are handled on their own pages:
