Employer Dashboard

Your employer dashboard is the central hub for managing your workforce on Omnivoo. It gives you an at-a-glance view of your EOR employees, compliance status, and upcoming payroll — plus quick shortcuts to common tasks.

Stats Overview

At the top of your dashboard, you'll find key metrics:

  • Active EOR Employees — The number of employees currently managed through Omnivoo's Employer of Record service.
  • Monthly Spend — Your total payroll spend for the current month.
  • Next Payroll Date — The date of your next scheduled payroll run.
  • Compliance Status — A summary of your current compliance posture across all countries where you have employees.

Below the stats cards, you'll see buttons for the most common tasks:

  1. Hire Employee — Start the process of hiring a new employee through Omnivoo's EOR service in a supported country.
  2. Run Payroll — Initiate a payroll run for your EOR employees.

These shortcuts save you from navigating through multiple menus for everyday actions.

info

If there are pending items blocking your payroll, you'll see a warning banner with a link to resolve each one.

Onboarding Checklist

When you first set up your company on Omnivoo, the dashboard displays an onboarding checklist to guide you through the essential setup steps:

  1. Complete your company profile — Add your company name, logo, address, and tax information.
  2. Set up a payment method — Connect a bank account or card via Stripe to fund payroll.
  3. Make your first hire — Add an EOR employee using the Hire Employee button.
  4. Run your first payroll — Process your first payroll to ensure everything is configured correctly.

Each step shows a checkmark once completed. The checklist disappears automatically once all steps are done.

tip

You can revisit your company profile and payment settings at any time from the Settings page in the sidebar.
