Where to find it
In the left sidebar, open the People group and choose My Team. The page header reads “My Team” with the subtitle “View and manage your employees and contractors”. (The page URL is/employer/people.)
To add someone, click Add people at the top right. This opens the Add People chooser. See Adding people.
Status filters
A row of buttons at the top lets you filter the list by status. Each button shows a live count:- All - Everyone on your team.
- Active - People currently active.
- On Leave - Employees currently on leave.
- Onboarding - People still completing onboarding.
- On Notice - Employees serving a notice period.
- Past / Completed - People who have left. This is a synthetic bucket: its count sums the completed, terminated, and inactive statuses.
Summary cards
Below the status filters are five summary cards:Search and type filter
- Search - Type a name or email to filter the list instantly.
- Type - A button group with three options: All, Employees, and Contractors. “Employees” covers both EOR and payroll workers. There is no separate EOR-only filter here.
The team table
Each row shows the following columns:
The table also has a right-hand actions column. It stays empty for most people and shows a Copy invite link button only on rows for pending contractor invites.
A count of how many rows are shown appears below the table (for example, “Showing 8 of 25”).
If your team is empty, the table shows a No team members yet empty state with an Add people button. If a filter or search excludes everyone, it shows a No matches message instead.
Pending contractor invites
Contractors you have invited but who have not yet accepted appear in the list with a pending status. These rows are not clickable, but each one has a Copy invite link button so you can resend the link directly to the contractor. See Inviting a Contractor for the full flow.Viewing a person’s profile
Click any active row to open that person’s profile, where you can see their details, payroll, documents, and compliance (for employees) or engagement, agreements, invoices, and payouts (for contractors). Where a row opens depends on the person’s type: EOR-employee and contractor rows open the per-person hub, while payroll-employee rows open the payroll employee detail page. See Viewing a person’s profile.Exporting the list
Click Export CSV to download the team as a file namedmy-team.csv. The export always contains your full deduped roster (every person, not just the filtered or searched subset currently shown in the table). The columns, in order, are Name, Email, Type, Country, Status, Pay, and Added on. Pay is written as <amount> <currency>/<period> (for example, 50000 INR/monthly) and is left blank for anyone with no compensation on file.
