Reports & Analytics

Omnivoo provides built-in reporting and analytics to help you understand your workforce costs, compliance status, and team composition. Access reports from the Reports section in the sidebar.

Employer Reports

The main reports page gives you a high-level view of your spending:

  • Revenue by Type — A breakdown of your total spend by category (EOR employee salaries, statutory contributions, management fees). This helps you understand where your workforce budget is going.
tip

Use the date range picker at the top of any report to filter data to a specific period. You can select preset ranges (this month, last quarter, year-to-date) or set custom start and end dates.

Global Workforce Analytics

The Global Workforce Analytics dashboard gives you a comprehensive view of your entire team:

Headcount by Country

A visual map and table showing how many team members you have in each country. This is useful for:

  • Understanding your geographic distribution
  • Planning for compliance requirements in specific regions
  • Identifying countries where you may need local entity support

Employee Distribution

See how your workforce is distributed:

  • By Country — Employees grouped by their country of employment.
  • By Department — Employees grouped by team or department.
  • By Start Date — Employee tenure distribution.

Monthly Spend

A trend chart showing your total monthly workforce spend over time. Use this to:

  • Spot spending trends and seasonal patterns
  • Compare month-over-month changes
  • Plan budgets for upcoming quarters

Compliance Overview

A summary of your compliance status across all employees:

  • Number of employees with up-to-date compliance documents
  • Any employees flagged for missing or expiring compliance items
  • Statutory registration status by country
info

If you see compliance warnings, click through to the specific employee to resolve the issue. Keeping compliance documents current protects your company from legal risk.

Payroll Summary

An overview of your payroll activity:

  • Total payroll runs this period
  • Total amount processed
  • Number of employees paid
  • Average cost per employee

All reports support date range filtering:

  1. Click the date range picker at the top of the report.
  2. Select a preset range (e.g., "This Month", "Last Quarter", "Year to Date").
  3. Or click Custom to set specific start and end dates.
  4. The report updates automatically to reflect the selected period.
tip

When preparing for quarterly business reviews or board meetings, use the custom date range to pull data for the exact period you need.
