Reports

The Reports page gives you a high-level summary of your spend across Omnivoo services.

Reports is not surfaced in the main navigation. You can open the page directly at /employer/reports.

Spend summary

Your spend is shown as a set of summary cards, one per service category, plus a combined total:

Category	What it covers
Hourly Timesheets	Spend on hourly, timesheet-based work
Placement Fees	Placement fee charges
Managed Talent	Spend on managed talent
EOR Subscriptions	Recurring charges for employees managed through Omnivoo's Employer of Record service

A Total card shows your combined spend across all categories.

Hourly Timesheets, Placement Fees, and Managed Talent are legacy marketplace revenue categories. For EOR customers they almost always read $0.00, and EOR Subscriptions is the figure that matters. Only the categories that apply to how you use Omnivoo will carry a value.

How the figures are shown

• All amounts are shown in US dollars, formatted to two decimal places (for example, $0.00 or $1250.00). A category with no spend reads $0.00.
• The page draws every figure from a single company revenue summary. While that request is loading, you see a brief loading state.
• If the summary cannot be loaded, an error banner appears at the top of the page.
• If no summary is available for your company, the page shows a short "no data" message in place of the cards.
