Your Profile & Security
Your profile page lets you manage your personal information, notification preferences, and account security. To open it, click your avatar at the top of the left sidebar and select Profile. The page is titled My Profile.
At the top is a summary card with your avatar, name, email, and role. Click Change Photo to upload a new picture (up to 5 MB, image files only), or Edit Profile to edit your details.
The rest of the page is organized into collapsible sections: Personal Information, Notifications, Security, and Account Actions.
Personal Information
Click Edit Profile (in the summary card) to make changes, then Save Changes.
- Full Name - Your name as displayed across Omnivoo. This is the only editable field here.
- Work Email - The email associated with your account, used for login and notifications (read-only).
- Role - Your current role in the company (read-only).
- Language - The language the interface is currently displayed in (read-only).
Notifications
Essential notifications about payroll, contracts, and compliance are always sent and cannot be disabled.
Toggle Marketing Communications to control whether you receive product updates, tips, and feature announcements from Omnivoo.
Security
The Security section shows your registered email and provides the following.
Secondary Email
Add a secondary email so you can log in with either your primary or secondary email address.
- Click Add Secondary Email.
- Enter the secondary email address and click Send Code.
- A 6-digit verification code is sent to that email.
- Enter the code and click Verify.
You can resend the code if needed, or remove a verified secondary email at any time by clicking Remove.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. When enabled, you need both your password and a code from an authenticator app to sign in. You enable and disable 2FA, and manage your recovery codes, from the two-factor controls in this section.
Enabling 2FA
- Start the two-factor setup in the Security section.
- A QR code appears on screen.
- Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password) and scan the QR code. If you cannot scan it, use the manual setup key shown.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app and confirm to enable.
Recovery codes
When you enable 2FA, you are given recovery codes that let you access your account if you lose your authenticator device. Each code can be used once. Save them somewhere safe. You can regenerate your recovery codes later, which invalidates the old ones.
If you lose both your authenticator device and your recovery codes, contact support to regain access to your account.
Logout of All Devices
To sign out everywhere at once, click Logout of All Devices in the Security section and confirm. This invalidates all active sessions across every browser and device, and you are redirected to the login page. Use this if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account Actions

Click Sign Out to end your current session. You can sign back in anytime. This only affects your current browser.
