Workspaces
Workspaces let you organize your company into separate groups, for example by team, project, or region. Every company starts with one default workspace, and you can use Omnivoo with just that workspace if you do not need to separate teams.
Workspaces are an early feature and are not surfaced in the main navigation. You can open the page directly at /employer/workspaces. The capabilities described below reflect what is available today.
The page needs you to belong to a company. If your account has not created or joined one yet, the page shows You need to create a company first instead of the list.
Viewing your workspaces
The Workspaces page lists each workspace as a card. Each card shows:
- The workspace name, with a green Default badge on your default workspace and a gray Archived badge on archived ones.
- An optional description.
- A metadata row reading
{n}members,{n}jobs, and Your role:{role}. - A View Details → affordance on the right, showing that the card opens when clicked.
The card shows a jobs count even though your product is EOR-focused, so this figure typically reads 0 jobs. Your role can be admin, member, or viewer, and is left blank if you are not a member of that particular workspace.
If you have no workspaces, the page shows an empty state reading No workspaces found with the prompt Create your first workspace to get started.
Creating a workspace
The + Create Workspace button is shown to every employer user. (Whether your account is allowed to create one is checked on the server, so the action may be declined even though the button is visible.)
- Click + Create Workspace.
- In the modal, enter a Workspace Name * (required).
- Optionally add a Description (Optional) in the textarea.
- Click Create Workspace, or Cancel to close without saving.
On success, an inline success banner appears and the new workspace shows up in your list immediately.
Opening a workspace
Click any workspace card to open its Settings page (at /employer/workspaces/{id}), where you manage that workspace's general details, members, roles, and billing. See Workspace Settings.
