EOR Compliance Dashboard

The Compliance Dashboard gives you full visibility into statutory filings across all your EOR employees. Omnivoo handles filings on your behalf, but this dashboard lets you track status, review deadlines, and download returns for your records.

Overview

The Compliance Dashboard is accessible from the EOR section in the main navigation. It shows all statutory filings for your EOR workforce, organized by type and status.

Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, four summary cards give you a quick snapshot:

CardWhat It Shows
Next DueThe nearest upcoming filing deadline and its type
OverdueNumber of filings that have passed their deadline without being filed
Filed This YearTotal number of filings completed in the current calendar year
PendingNumber of filings that are due but not yet submitted
warning

If the Overdue count is greater than zero, address it immediately. Overdue statutory filings can result in penalties and interest charges from government authorities. Omnivoo will flag these proactively, but your attention may be required for certain filings.

Common Questions

Does Omnivoo handle all filings automatically? Yes, for standard filings. You don't need to manually submit anything. The dashboard is for visibility and record-keeping.

What if a filing shows as Overdue? Contact Omnivoo support immediately. Overdue filings may incur penalties. In most cases, Omnivoo resolves these before they become overdue, but edge cases (e.g., pending employee registrations) can cause delays.

Can I file returns myself? The returns are available for download, but Omnivoo handles submission as part of the EOR service. Manual filing is not recommended as it could result in duplicate submissions.
