EOR Dashboard (Home)

The Home page is your EOR command center. It opens when you click Home in the left sidebar (or land on /employer) and gives you an at-a-glance view of your India team, your next payroll, anything that needs your attention, and your compliance status.

The page is titled Dashboard with the subtitle "Your India team at a glance."

Where the employee list lives

The Home dashboard is an overview, not a roster. To browse, search, and open individual employees, go to People → My Team in the sidebar. The dashboard links you there with View all employees. See People (My Team).

Header Quick Actions

Three buttons sit in the top-right of the page:

ButtonWhat It Does
+ Add PeopleOpens the Add People chooser to hire an EOR employee or invite a contractor
Run PayrollTakes you to the Payroll dashboard
ComplianceTakes you to the Compliance & Documents page

Getting Started Checklist

On first use, a Getting Started checklist appears at the top of the dashboard with the key setup steps (such as connecting a bank account and adding your first person). The bank-connection step only appears when your company location is the United States. You can dismiss it once you are set up. A short product tour also runs the first time you open the dashboard.

KPI Cards

Four summary cards sit near the top:

CardWhat It Shows
Active EmployeesThe number of currently active EOR employees
Next PayrollThe estimated amount of your upcoming payroll run, shown in your company invoice currency (the system converts mixed-currency salaries for you), with in X days below it -- or No upcoming payroll when nothing is scheduled
Pending ActionsA count of items that need your attention. The card is clickable and smooth-scrolls you down to the Pending Actions list
ComplianceA status badge for your filings: a green active badge with All filings up to date when clear, a red badge with X overdue when overdue, or X pending otherwise

If you have overdue compliance filings, a red alert banner also appears at the top reading X overdue compliance filing(s) with a link to View them.

Wallet Balance

When your wallet holds a balance, a Wallet Balance card shows the current amount and roughly how many payroll runs it covers. The wallet is used to fund payroll.

Trend Charts

Once you have more than one month of data, two area charts appear:

  • Monthly Spend - your payroll spend over time, shown in your invoice currency. The Y-axis uses Indian number abbreviations: K from 1,000, L (lakh) from 100,000, and Cr (crore) from 10,000,000.
  • Headcount - your active employee count over time.

If you have only a single data point, the charts stay hidden until there is a trend to show.

Pending Actions

The Pending Actions card lists items that need your attention, each with a quick link. They come from three sources with fixed wording:

  • Pending statutory filings read "[filing type] filing for [period] is [status]" with a View link to Compliance & Documents.
  • Employees whose onboarding is in progress read "[employee name] onboarding is [status]" with a Continue link to People.
  • Missing documents read "Missing [document type] for [employee name]" with an Upload link to People.

When there is nothing outstanding, the card shows "All caught up!"

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity card lists recent events with a short description and how long ago each happened, giving you a quick activity log without opening individual records. Timestamps read just now, then Nm ago, Nh ago, and Nd ago, switching to a full date once an event is more than 7 days old.

Upcoming

When there are scheduled events ahead (such as upcoming payroll or filing dates), an Upcoming section lists each one with the date and how many days away it is.

Quick Employee Strip

A small strip near the bottom shows two counters - how many people are new this month and how many are on leave today - plus a View all employees link that opens the People page.
