Accepting Invitations
Omnivoo uses invitations to bring new people onto the platform and into company workspaces. This guide explains the two types of invitations and how to accept them.
Company Invitations (New to Omnivoo)
When a company hires you or adds you as a team member, you will receive an invitation email from Omnivoo. This is how you join the platform for the first time.
Step 1: Check Your Email
Look for an email from Omnivoo with the subject line containing your company's name and an invitation to join. The email includes:
- The name of the company inviting you
- Your role (employee, team member, etc.)
- A link to accept the invitation
Click the Accept Invitation link in the email.
Step 2: Verify Your Email with OTP
- You will be taken to Omnivoo's verification page.
- A 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to your email address.
- Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
Alternatively, if your email is a Google account, you can click Sign in with Google to verify instantly.
The OTP expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, click Resend Code to receive a new one.
Step 3: Complete Your Profile
After verification, you will be prompted to enter basic profile information:
- Full name (as it should appear on official records)
- Phone number
Once submitted, you are in. Depending on your role, you will either be directed to onboarding steps (for employees) or straight to your dashboard (for team members).
Step 4: Start Using Omnivoo
- If you are an employee, you will continue with the onboarding process -- providing personal details, bank information, and tax declarations.
- If you are a team member, you will land on the employer dashboard where you can start managing your company's workforce.
Workspace Invitations (Existing Omnivoo Users)
If you already have an Omnivoo account and someone invites you to a different workspace, the process is simpler since your account already exists.
How It Works
- You receive an email notification about the workspace invitation.
- Click the link in the email, or log in to Omnivoo and check your notifications.
- You will see the workspace invitation with details about the company and your role.
- Click Accept to join the workspace.
No OTP or profile setup is needed -- your existing account is linked to the new workspace immediately.
Joining a new workspace does not affect your existing roles. If you are already an employee at one company, you can also become a team member at another company. Both roles will be available from your dashboard chooser.
Signing Up with a Company Email (No Invitation Needed)
If your company already uses Omnivoo and you sign up with your company email address (e.g., you@yourcompany.com), you don't need a formal invitation:
- Go to the Omnivoo login page and enter your company email.
- Verify with OTP (or use Google sign-in / SSO if available).
- Omnivoo automatically detects your company based on your email domain.
- A join request is created and sent to your company's administrator.
- You'll see a "Pending Approval" screen showing the administrator's name and email.
- Once your admin approves and assigns your role, you'll have full access on your next login.
This automatic matching only works if your company has already set up their account on Omnivoo and verified their domain. If no match is found, you'll be able to create a new company account during onboarding.
Invitation Statuses
Invitations have the following statuses:

| Expired | The invitation link has expired (contact your company admin for a new one) |
Common Questions
I did not receive the invitation email.
Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from a @omnivoo.com address. If you still cannot find it, ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation from their Omnivoo dashboard.
The invitation link says it has expired.
Invitation links expire after 7 days for security. Ask your company admin to send a new invitation from the Omnivoo dashboard. They can do this from the team management section.
Can I decline an invitation?
You can simply ignore the invitation. It will expire automatically. If you accepted an invitation by mistake, contact your company admin or support@omnivoo.com for help.
