Choosing Your Dashboard

Some Omnivoo users have more than one role. For example, you might be a team member managing hires for your company (employer role) and also an EOR employee at another company (employee role). When this happens, Omnivoo lets you choose which dashboard to open after you sign in.

The Dashboard Chooser​

When you sign in with an account that has both roles, you see a Welcome back! screen with two cards instead of going straight to a dashboard:

  • Employer Dashboard -- Manage team, payroll, contracts.
  • My Employment -- View payslips, bank details, tax documents.

Click the card you want, and Omnivoo takes you to that dashboard.

Remembering Your Choice​

If you usually use one dashboard, you can skip the chooser next time:

  1. On the chooser screen, check the Remember my choice box.
  2. Click the card for your preferred dashboard.
  3. On future sign-ins, Omnivoo skips the chooser and takes you directly to that dashboard.

Your remembered choice is stored in your browser. To see the chooser again, sign in from a different browser or device, or clear your browser site data for Omnivoo. There is no separate settings page for this preference.

Switching Between Dashboards​

Even after picking a dashboard, you can switch to your other role without signing out:

  1. Click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar. The account menu opens upward.
  2. Click Switch to Employee (if you are on the employer dashboard) or Switch to Employer (if you are on the employee dashboard).
  3. You are taken to your other dashboard right away.

The switch option lives in the avatar menu at the bottom of the sidebar, not on the page itself. It only appears if your account has both roles.

The switch is instant. There is no need to sign in again, and your session stays active across both dashboards.

Who Gets the Dashboard Chooser?​

The chooser only appears when your account has both an employer role and an employee role. This usually happens when you are a team member at one company and an EOR employee at another. If you have a single role, you go straight to your dashboard after signing in.

Common Questions​

I checked "Remember my choice" by mistake. How do I get the chooser back?​

Your choice is saved in your browser. Sign in from a different browser or device to see the chooser again, or clear your browser's site data for Omnivoo.

I can't find the role switcher. Where is it?​

It is in the avatar menu at the bottom of the left sidebar, which opens upward when you click your avatar. It only appears if your account has both employer and employee roles.

Can I have both dashboards open at the same time?​

Yes. Open each dashboard in a separate browser tab. Sign in once, choose one dashboard, then open a new tab and go to the other dashboard.
