Omnivoo includes AI-powered tools that help you manage your India team more effectively. Whether you are structuring salaries, reviewing payroll, generating contracts, or monitoring compliance, these features are designed to save time and reduce errors.

This guide shows you where to find each AI feature and what it does.

Getting Started​

If you are new to Omnivoo's AI features, here is a recommended path to get familiar with them:

  1. Start with the CTC Optimizer. Enter your annual budget for a role and see how Indian compensation works. The optimizer will show you multiple salary structure scenarios so you can understand the trade-offs between take-home pay, tax efficiency, and compliance. See CTC Optimizer for a full walkthrough.

  2. When you are ready to hire, use the Contract Generator. After you have settled on a salary structure, the Contract Generator creates a compliant employment agreement based on your terms. You can review and customize it before sending. See AI Contract Generator for details.

  3. During payroll, click "Run AI Analysis" before approving. The AI reviews the entire payroll run and flags anything unusual -- new deductions, significant changes from last month, or potential calculation issues. This gives you confidence before you hit approve. See AI Payroll Analysis for more.

  4. Set up Compliance Agent scans to catch issues proactively. Rather than waiting for problems to surface, the Compliance Agent checks your workforce against current Indian labor regulations and alerts you to anything that needs attention. See Compliance Agent to get started.

Accessing AI Tools​

All employer-facing AI features are accessible from the AI Tools dropdown in the top navigation bar. You can also reach each feature from its natural location in the platform -- for example, the AI Payroll Analysis button appears directly on the payroll run detail page. Employers also have access to Omnivoo Help chat via the chat icon (MessageCircle) in the top-right of the navigation bar.

Employee AI features are available from the navigation bar. The Omnivoo AI assistant and Omnivoo Help chat are accessible via buttons in the nav bar -- clicking either opens a right-side panel where you can chat while continuing to use the rest of the platform. The navigation bar collapses to icons when the chat panel is open to save space. Chat state persists across page refreshes, so you will not lose your conversation if you navigate away. Document Verification runs during the onboarding process without any extra steps.
