AI-Powered Features
Omnivoo includes AI-powered tools that help you manage your India team more effectively. Whether you are structuring salaries, reviewing payroll, or generating contracts, these features save time and reduce errors.
This guide shows what each AI feature does and where to find it. There is no separate "AI Tools" menu: each tool lives on its own page, reached from your Home dashboard or by a direct link, and the help chat lives at the bottom of the sidebar.
For Employers

Getting Started
If you are new to Omnivoo's AI features, here is a path to get familiar:
- Start with the CTC Optimizer. Enter your budget for a role and see multiple salary structure scenarios so you understand the trade-offs between take-home pay, tax efficiency, and compliance. See CTC Optimizer.
- When you are ready to hire, use the Contract Generator. After you settle on a salary structure, it creates a compliant employment agreement you can review and customize. See AI Contract Generator.
- During payroll, run the AI analysis before approving. On a payroll run's detail page, the AI reviews the run and flags anything unusual before you approve it. See AI Payroll Analysis.
Accessing the Help Chat
To ask Omnivoo a question at any time, open the Help & AI chat button at the bottom of the left sidebar. It opens a chat panel on the side of the screen, so you can keep working while you chat, and your conversation stays available as you move between pages.
This panel is Omni, and it serves everyone on the platform -- employers, employees, contractors, and logged-out visitors -- with a greeting and suggested questions tailored to your role. Answers stream in as Omni writes them and can include clickable source links so you can read further. You can give an answer a thumbs-up or thumbs-down, and when Omni cannot resolve something it can connect you with a human teammate.
