Meet Omni, Your AI Assistant
Omni is Omnivoo's built-in AI assistant. It answers questions about payroll, taxes, invoices, compliance, and the screen you are on, without you leaving the app. During onboarding you meet it as Meet Omni, and it is available on every page after that.
Opening Omni
Open Omni with the chat button at the bottom of the left sidebar. The chat panel slides in from the right of the screen (and fills the screen on mobile), so you can keep working while you chat.
The panel header shows the Omni avatar, the name Omni, and the subtitle Omni AI · usually replies instantly. A small status dot next to the avatar shows whether Omni is currently connected.
Omni Adapts to Your Role
Omni detects who you are and tailors its welcome and suggested starter questions to one of four roles. Click any suggested question to send it, or type your own.

Asking a Question
Type your question in the box at the bottom and press Enter to send it, or use the send button. To add a new line without sending, press Shift+Enter. You can also click one of the suggested questions to send it straight away.
Omni's answer streams in word by word as it writes. While it is still thinking, a small three-dot indicator shows in the reply. If you want to halt a long answer, click Stop.
An answer can include clickable Sources links below it. Use these to open the help articles Omni drew from and read the full detail.
A note under the chat box reminds you that "AI may make mistakes. Verify important information." Always double-check anything that affects pay, taxes, or compliance.
Rating an Answer
Once an answer finishes, a thumbs-up and thumbs-down appear next to it. Use thumbs-up for a helpful answer or thumbs-down for one that missed the mark. Your rating helps us improve Omni.
Omni Knows Which Screen You Are On
Omni is screen-aware, so you can ask about the page in front of you. It receives only a privacy-safe descriptor of your current screen -- the page name and a short hint about what that page is for. It never reads the values in your form fields or any of your personal data.
Your Chat History
Your conversation stays available as you move between pages. When you scroll up, Omni loads your earlier messages 20 at a time, so a long history is easy to revisit.
When Omni Cannot Help
