You can use Omnivoo for contracts alone: send a contract to a client, get it signed, and keep the signed PDF. No identity check is needed until you want to be paid through Omnivoo.

Signing up for Contracts

When you create your account as a contractor, we ask What do you need first? Choose Send a contract. One page then asks for your legal name, the country you work from and, if you have one, your business name, and for you to agree to the Contracts terms. Read the Contracts terms opens them in full. That is all. If you only got an email asking you to sign a contract, you don’t need an account for that. Open the link in the email. Your menu has Home, Clients and Contracts.

Sending a contract to a client

Open Contracts and click New contract.
1

Choose what to send

Our contractor agreement, written for the country you work from with your terms filled in, or your own PDF.
2

Your client and the terms

Who signs for them and their email. The company name is optional. Then the work and your pay as the contract will state it: a fixed amount, by the hour or one project, how often you invoice and how soon they pay.
3

The contract

Read it section by section. You can edit the clauses before you send it.
4

Review and pay

5.00foronecontract,or5.00 for one contract, or 36.00 for 12. Pay by card, or use a credit if you have one.
Your client signs from an email. They don’t need an account and pay nothing. They sign first, then you sign, and both of you get the signed PDF. Once it’s signed, the contract has a button to ask that client to pay you through Omnivoo. See Getting paid from a signed contract. See Tracking, signing and cancelling and Credits. They work the same for you.

Contracts a client sends you

A contract a client sends to your email shows in Contracts too, once you have an account with that address. Signing it is always free. Open it to see who signed and when, the terms, and the signed PDF.
