Buying

You can buy when you send a contract, or ahead of time: open Contracts, click Buy more, and choose how many. You pay by card on the page. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment, that opens over the same page. Tick Save this card for next time to pay in one press later. One card is saved per account and you can remove it from the Credits page.
Buying is on the web. The iOS and Android apps show your balance.

When a credit comes back

A credit comes back to your balance when the contract it was used on doesn’t get signed: Once both of you have signed, the credit is spent for good. Payments aren’t refunded. Unused credits stay on your account.

Where your credits went

The Credits page shows your balance and a line for everything that changed it: credits you bought, each contract a credit was sent on, and each credit that came back, with the balance after each.

Receipts

Every payment is listed under Receipts on the Credits page with its date, amount and card. Receipt opens the receipt for that payment.
