My team and the org chart aren’t turned on for every company. Your employer turns them on.
My team
My team shows in your sidebar once someone reports to you on your company’s org chart. (The page URL is/employee/my-team.) The header reads, for example, “4 people report to you at Northwind Labs”.
Waiting on you
Leave your reports asked for and you have not answered yet, with the dates, the kind of leave and how many days they have left after it. Approve and Decline answer it there.Coming up
What happens in the next six weeks: someone joining, a probation ending, a work anniversary, a contractor’s contract ending, and leave, including leave still waiting on you. Your admin confirms probation and decides on extending a contract, so tell them if you have concerns.Reports to you
Each person who reports to you, with their job title, where they work and when they started, and a note when there is something to know, such as On probation, Leave pending or the day a contract ends. Tap someone to open their panel: where they work, when they started, their probation end, their local time, their email, and how much earned and sick leave they have left this year. You see names, roles and dates. Pay, bank details and documents aren’t shown to managers. Your admin has them. On a phone, My team is a tab at the bottom of the screen, and a person opens as a sheet.Org chart
When your employer shares it, Org chart shows in your sidebar. (The page URL is/employee/org-chart.) See org chart on My team opens it too.
You see names, job titles, departments, countries and who reports to whom. Never pay, email or onboarding status, and you can’t change anything. Click someone to see who they report to and who reports to them.
To ask for a change to the chart, ask your employer.
