When Omnivoo runs as your Employer of Record in India, we handle your statutory filings for you. You do not need to track deadlines or file anything yourself.

What Omnivoo files for you

The Compliance & Documents page shows a Statutory compliance card confirming that these are filed by Omnivoo on your behalf:
  • PF (Provident Fund)
  • ESI (Employees’ State Insurance)
  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
  • Form 16 (the annual TDS certificate for employees)
These filings are calculated and submitted as part of your payroll runs, so they stay in step with the salaries you pay.

Seeing your filing status

Statutory compliance is a managed, done-for-you service, so there is no filing portal for you to operate. Omnivoo still files everything for you. For transparency, your Home dashboard includes a read-only Compliance status indicator so you can see at a glance whether your filings are up to date, pending, or overdue. If anything is overdue, the dashboard also shows an alert with a link through to your Compliance & Documents page. This is there to keep you informed, not because you need to act on it. For more on that indicator, see Compliance Status widget.
All employees are treated as work-from-homeFor India EOR, employees are treated as working from home, so Maharashtra labour rules (such as Professional Tax and Labour Welfare Fund) apply. Omnivoo applies these for you.

Where to find it

Open Documents in the left sidebar to reach the Compliance & Documents page. The Statutory compliance card is the middle section, between Business Verification and Signed agreements. If you ever have a question about a specific filing, contact Omnivoo support and we will pull the details for you.
