Contracts is contract management on its own. You write a contract, send it, both sides sign, and the signed PDF stays in your account. You keep paying, or being paid, however you do today. It is separate from paying contractors through Omnivoo. You can start with Contracts and add pay later, and the contracts you already signed carry over.

What you can send

Both a company and a contractor can send one. A company sends it to a contractor. A contractor sends it to a client.

What it costs

  • You pay by card, just before the contract is sent.
  • Buying 12 gives you credits. 1 credit sends 1 contract, and credits don’t expire.
  • Signing is always free. The person you send a contract to pays nothing and needs no account.
  • Payments aren’t refunded. If a contract is cancelled, declined or not signed in time, you get the credit back to use on another one. See Credits.

How a contract gets signed

1

You write it and send it

From Contracts, click New contract. See Sending a contract.
2

They sign from an email

We email them a link. It works for 14 days and we remind them twice. They sign with no account, no ID check and nothing to install.
3

You sign

We tell you the moment it’s your turn. The contract is binding once you have signed too.
4

Both of you get the signed PDF

By email, and it stays in Contracts. The last page is the signing record.

What Omnivoo is, and is not, here

Omnivoo delivers the contract and records the signatures. It is not a party to the contract and is not a law firm. Our agreement is not a substitute for the advice of a lawyer. If you’re unsure about anything in a contract, have a lawyer read it before you sign. Contracts is for business contracts: agreements for work between a company and an independent contractor. The Contracts terms say all of this in full. You can read them from the box you tick when you set up Contracts or send a contract.
